- National Service Scheme is functioning in the college.
- They give ample opportunities to the students to develop the spirit of service and group action with dignity of labor in their minds.
- Our volunteers engage themselves in cleaning up schools and roads and inculcate a spirit of participating and self-reliance in the people’s minds in the nearby villages.
- Several guest lectures by Service organizations, covering topics such as rainwater harvesting, improving greenery in the surroundings etc., are arranged for the volunteers and local population
- This year the NSS camp was conducted at VELICHAI village near Kelambakkam for a time span of 7 days.
- Our NSS volunteers worked hard to clean the entire village and planted many saplings.
- They also created awareness among the villagers regarding the cleanliness of the villages.
